In order to offer interested parties and customers the opportunity to experience the living feeling of a KOHLBACHER property live, a new model house/office was designed in 2021. The building is a modern corner terraced house with a basement, ground floor and upper floor. “The building is very linear, decorative cladding was installed in the area of ​​the terrace and balcony. The house has its own garden and a paved double carport," describes Mr. Kohlbacher - and continues: "The facade is finished in white with gray plastered surfaces. The large living/dining room, which extends over the terrace side of the ground floor, is flooded with light thanks to the large windows.”

The distinctive floorboards on the ground floor make the building appear very homely, down-to-earth and cozy. When selecting the floor, criteria such as quality, appearance and ease of care were important - not only those interested, but also the employees who use the model house as an office should be able to enjoy the floor for a long time. “Our customers' demands on their floors are diverse, from natural parquet to practical vinyl, and in a wide variety of designs. We offer our customers a comprehensive selection to suit all lifestyles. “Our houses and apartments are also equipped with underfloor heating - so the floor must be suitable for this,” says Bernd Kohlbacher, summarizing the requirements for your floors.

The KOHLBACHER company pays great attention to the right suppliers who provide suitable products. With high-quality components, on the one hand, installation is easier to handle, and on the other hand, high-quality products prevent costly complaints afterwards. “Almost 500 residential units are built every year, and the properties are always handed over turnkey on a fixed date. This means we have to be able to rely 100% on our suppliers to ensure that the items ordered by customers are delivered on time and in the usual high quality,” explains Kohlbacher. “We are in constant contact with tilo due to our projects and really value our long-standing collaboration.”
