and covers in particular the entire transaction process for sample orders –
from adding an item to the shopping cart through to completing the order by entering a
delivery address.
This declaration also covers the interactive dealer search and the
wishlist function, including the option to share saved products with third
parties. The declaration is based on the requirements of the Accessibility Act (BaFG), which
has been in force since 28 June 2025.
Content Outside the Scope

We use embedded map and location services provided by external suppliers as part of the
dealer search. As these technical components are outside our direct sphere of influence, we
cannot guarantee full accessibility for those sections.
External Payment Processing
For the secure processing of payments (e.g. via PayPal or credit card), users are redirected
to the systems of external payment service providers. As these processes are technically and
editorially entirely outside our control, they fall outside the scope of this declaration as
third-party content pursuant to Section 14(2)(3) BaFG.
Preparation of This Declaration
This declaration was first prepared on 15 December 2025 on the basis of an internal review
carried out in accordance with WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) and was last updated on 19 March 2026.
In order to make a realistic assessment of accessibility, we tested key areas of the website –
from the home page and product detail pages through the wishlist and the entire checkout
process to the dealer search.
We regard accessibility as an ongoing process and are continuously working to further improve
our digital services. This declaration is therefore reviewed regularly and updated promptly
whenever technical changes or improvements are made.
