When striving for quality it is essential to focus on the main points. The most important question at tilo is, how we can satisfy our customer. We make proximity to customer a top priority, because only during continuous conversation with our partner we get to know, what demands are really made on.

Technical standards:
Official technical standards and prescriptions must be kept. Mostly this is equated with quality. In many cases technical standards are out of date. Who just keeps technical standards works correctly by law, but this is no statement about quality.

Price-performance ratio:
Technic and requirements grow by and by. Products and service must not only keep up but above all precede and surpass actual demands. Customer desire excellent products at low prices. An optimum balance must be found. Even at good prices basic requirements on a product must be guaranted.

Involved empleyees:
Our products meet high requirements. Quality is not only an ingredient which flows like a raw material into the production process but it also is the outcome of the tenor concerning work and product. Involved and qualified employees create high-grade products.

Quality-Chain:
Already during development high marks are set to get real product advantages. Continuous quality controls during production and not least high-grade raw materials guarantee continuity in manufacture. This quality chain reaches by courtesy of consultation and service also the consumer.
