From joiner apprentice to head of applicaton technology
In 1985 Josef Seifried decided to take up a joiner apprentice at tilo. After his fnal examination he worked for several years as a fitter for the company and worked his way up to head of the fitting group.
However, as an ambitious young man he wasn't satisfied and so decided to complete his Master Craftsman's Certificate. This opened up many doors at tilo and Seifried opted for the Quality Assurance department. There he was responsible for monitoring production workflows and for ensuring that the stipulated quality guidelines were followed.
Since 2004 Josef Seifried has been the head of application technology. His duties involve production development and customer advice on technical issues, as well as for technical training for tilo customers.
